How will my meals arrive?

All meals are packed in an insulated polystyrene box with ice packs to keep the meals fresh until they reach your refrigerator or freezer. 

Which courier do you use?
We use the DPD premium express service to ensure your meals reach you quickly and in perfect condition, ready for you to enjoy.

How long does delivery take?

Order placed before Earliest I can receive my order:

12PM Tuesday Thursday
12PM Wednesday Friday
12PM Thursday Saturday
12PM Friday Monday
12PM Saturday Monday
12PM Sunday Tuesday

You will receive a text and email notifying you of a delivery day and 1 hour time slot with the courier DPD. There is also a tracking service so you are able to see where your meals are up to on the delivery route.

How much is delivery?
There is a minimum £5.99 delivery charge for the premium express service. You will be notified when your meals will arrive and can also track your order.

What time will you deliver?
Once your order and has been placed you will receive email and text updated from the courier. DPD will text your 1 hour time slot on the day of delivery with options to leave in a safe place or with a neighbour if you are not in to receive the parcel.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Using the DPD app you are able to track where your order is up to on the delivery route.

What if I am not at home to receive my meals?
Don’t worry! If you are not at home to receive your Zest delivery you will be given the option to leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour. Please ensure the safe place stated is out of direct sunlight.
If no safe place is specified, the courier will be unable to deliver and no re-delivery attempt will be made.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Mainland UK using the DPD premium express service. Please note that our fresh delivery service excludes delivery to the Highlands & Islands as we cannot provide a next day service to these locations. If your postcode starts with any of the following, we are unfortunately unable deliver to these areas: 'BT','GY','JE','IV','AB','KW','PA','PH'.

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, meals and fresh foods cannot be returned. Orders containing fresh products are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations and cannot typically be cancelled, however, we do allow these orders to be cancelled providing you contact us before 11.45am on the same day as placing your order, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
